Safety and cleanliness are among our top priorities at The Big Green. Our grip socks have been designed and tested to ensure they limit slips across the variety of surfaces in our park (e.g., polished concrete, turf, sports court, climbing walls). Requiring our socks also limits potential hygiene and cleanliness issues inherent in shoe-free play.

Both the basic and premium membership allow guests to stay as long as they would like at the park. The only exception is when the park is at capacity (which can happen on especially busy holidays and weekends).

In the event that the park reaches capacity, members will be limited to 2 hours per visit.

For 2025, all Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays are restricted along with:

For parents of children 4 and older, a parent PlayPass allows parents to participate with their child on all of our amazing attractions. Parents of children 3 and under are required to accompany their children in all areas of the playground and are not charged to participate with their children.

Non-participating parents are always welcome for free in the Blue Jay Cafe and Lookout Lounge, or any of the other seating areas throughout the park.

For just $9.99 / month your participating child can have three small ice creams per visit at The Big Green. Regular price for small cones is $2.99, so the ice cream add-on is a great and affordable way to make your outings to The Big Green even more memorable.

No. Parents are never charged to enter the facility. Spectating is always free and we actually encourage parents to just let their kids roam and have fun! Because children in diapers often need extra attention we do require parents to accompany their children age 3 and under throughout the playground. Parents are free to play with their children 3 and under and only need to purchase our grip socks. The only time a parent is charged is if they want to play with their children on the attractions and their children are age 4 or older.

No. Guests of a party are charged as party guests and cannot use their membership to attend a friend’s party for free.
